3 x dripping plates
first take of the upper runway of the packet , this is the runway with
cylinder and the heavyest part.
Take the rest or the lift out of the packet.
Place the 4 post on the floor with the locking blocks on the outside
Take a cross beam and slide it from the top down into two posts.
Hang the cross beam in the second locking device on about 70 cm.
Do the same with the other cross beam.
Place the top plates on the top of the posts and mount with only one bolt
from the back.
Now you place the two H profiles( 2 post with crossbeam) on the required
distance so the runways can be placed easy on the crossbeam.
Place the runways on the crossbeams and bolt it together .be careful to
place the nipple on the runway there where the post is with the special
motor-unit plate
You have long and short bolts , the long bolts are to join the plates on
the front ( where the ramps will hang on )
The short bolts are for the backside and bolt the cross beam ,runway and
Safety-plates together.
Now make shore that you pull
out the hydraulic cylinder , this can be done by pulling the two cables .the
cylinder must be pulled totally out
So that the cables are long enough to mount on the top of the posts,
If you don’t succeed with pulling, you can try to put some
compressed-air on the back side of the cylinder , there is a brass nipple ,which
you can take out and put an air pistol in the hole , the compressed air will
push the cylinder out.
Make shore that the cables all are rolling free over the
discs,
And assemble the cables on
the top of the posts.
Hang the motor-unit to the post with extra mounting plate , assemble the
hose from the motor-unit to the runway. Fill the oilcan with the oil and
Connect the power. Make shore that the hose is connected on the righthand
side of the motor unit ( see picture)change the nipple to the otherside
If necessary and exchange it with the plug.
Let the lift hoist to about 1.6 meters high .so you can easy work under
the runway to assemble the locking device.
Now you can assemble the locking device , make shore that all the locking
blocks are moving free and easy . and the locking blocks
Have a good free stroke and keeps a good distance , when the lift is
Being lowered.
Lower the lift to the floor .
Raise the lift once total without a car and check if all runs well ,
Check the cables and check on any leaking of oil.
Now you can hang the ramps on the runways and drive a car on the lift and
raise the lift .
hang the wheels on the lift and you can move the whole
lift around
