Dismantle both of the
cablewheels (picture above)
Place the bolts in the
holes before placing the wheels back again ( beware to use the right bolts,
the longer ones are for the side where the ramps will hang in.)left picture.
Do the same with the 2
other wheels , and make sure that the cables run freely.
Pull the cables so the
hydraulic-cylinder will come out and the cables will get longer , if it
won’t go by pulling , help with a metalbar (see picture)
Make sure the locking is
been held free with one hand so it can slide easy down( see right picture)
Lift the runways on the
crosbeams and bolt the runways on. Make sure that the right runway
is been placed on the
right side, the Hydraulic connection must be with the post that carries
the motorunit.
The plates that holds the
ramps are bolded on with the same bolts to the crossbeam (right picture)
Place now the plate on top
of the post with only the short bolt on the top/backside of the
post and place the
cable in the hole and put the nuts (both on top ) on the cable, do so on
every 4 posts
take a good look to show
if all the cables are running freely and the right way in the wheels.
Adjust the linkadge of the
locking exactly so that the
locking will come free , and free enough
from the lockingblocks in
the post.
Place the electric cable
for the lockingrelais into the there for placed tubes (Above left picture)
Connect hydraulic hose to
the motorunit and place the springprotection over the hose and the
cable for the lockings, and
connect the hose also to the nipple in the runway.
Place the motorunit and the
controlbox on it’s post.
The top switch is connected
with only 2 connections in the cable (left down picture)
Make the connection for the
sinkvalve(electro-magnetic) take away the transparent cab and the 2
Now you can place the
side-runoff-protection plates on the side of the runway( if you find them in
the way for a better use of your lift , you can leave them out )

Controlbox:
Greenlamp: Power on/off
Mainswitch
Alarm: When the lift
is going down it will stop at the tough of the switch at the bottom of the
post
you have to push the middle
button and then the lift will go down again and will give a alarm signal.
